Booking me…
It’s no secret that few companies can support permanent, senior innovation and transformation roles. More bluntly, you probably don’t need to either. But having access to that experience can be hugely valuable. So I keep it simple.

OPTION 1: Small, regular retainer
You choose the days but you know you have guaranteed allocated days each month. One or two days is recommended, more available if needed. We create a focused plan to use those days. If there are any unallocated days, we can roll them over or I use them to proactively deliver against your stated goals. While retained days also guarantee visibility to me, they are limited to ensure I still have time for longer or ad hoc projects. I’m always keen to make it work for you.

OPTION 2: Ad-hoc or project blocks
Inevitably, some projects have longer or deadline-based challenges. Some workshops that need focused lead-up and delivery time blocking out. Others just need on-off engagements. If that sounds like you, excellent, that’s why I ensure I always have slots available each month.
